Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP if you have placed an order for the wrong size or purchased the wrong product.

Unfortunately, if we have already shipped your order we will be unable to change or refund your order until you receive the package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will only be processed once we have received the returned item and deemed it to be in its original condition. 

Can you exchange items?

Need to make a return or swap size?

We can do that for you too. While returns are free, the refund does NOT include the shipping cost. Sorry. Even if you received 'free shipping on your order, we still have to pay the postal or courier service. Refunds do not include the shipping fee that we have paid on all orders.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by indicating the reason for the return and stating your order number.

Allterrain thongs must be notified of the product issue within 30 days of the delivery date... they must be unworn and in their original condition.

Allterrain Thongs offers delivery anywhere in Australia and in most International territories.

How much does the shipping cost?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Domestic orders over $150.00 = Free shipping Australian wide.

Domestic orders under $149.99 = A $10 flat rate across all orders

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping = $35 Flat rate across all orders

Which shipping methods do you offer?

All orders are sent via Australia Post - please allow up to 3 - 5 days for domestic orders (WA) and 5 - 7 days for the rest of Australia.

All orders are registered and come with a tracking number.
