Need a refund?

We can do that for you too. While refunds are free, the refunds do NOT include the shipping cost. Sorry. Even if you received 'free shipping on your order, we still have to pay the postal or courier service. Refunds do not include the shipping fee that we have paid on all orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will only be processed once we have received the returned item and deemed it to be in its original condition. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by indicating the reason for the return and stating your order number.

All-terrain thongs must be notified of the product issue within 30 days of the delivery date... they must be unworn and in their original condition.

We agree to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us.

Returned Allterrain thong products that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will not be returned to the customer. 

Please refer closely to the sizing chart of all Allterrain thongs to match the size most perfect for you. If the wrong size is ordered by you and you require an exchange, additional postage and handling charges will apply.

If returning an item that was purchased on our website, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of postage (registered post).

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.

Please note that Allterrain thongs purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
